In the event of battery and/or jump-start failure, the covered vehicle will be towed as indicated in the terms of your Membership.

Fuel Backup to enable you to reach the nearest gas station. OR towing the vehicle to the nearest gas station.

Replacement of flat tire with spare tire in the event of puncture or towing the vehicle to the nearest tires center.

In the event of a mechanical/ electrical failure, Vehicle will be towed to one destination as indicated in the terms of your Membership

Free Ride service in the towing truck to our members to specified destination

Limousine service will be provided to you and the passengers in the car in the event of car towing.

Vehicle lock out assistance will be provided in the main cities free of charge to customer as goodwill in the event of the possibility of opening the door without any damage to the car.

In the event of Mechanical breakdown, and the vehicle has to stay in Dealer workshop for more than a day for major repairs as mentioned in specified repairs eligible for additional services, MiD will reimburse to customer actual expenses incurred for renting a vehicle from a licensed car rental agency as per the terms of your membership

In the event of Mechanical breakdown outside KSA , and the vehicle has to stay in Dealer workshop for more than a day for major repairs as mentioned in specified repairs eligible for additional services, MiD will reimburse to customer actual expenses incurred for renting a Hotel room as per the terms of your membership Eligible Repairs to get benefit of additional service are Engine overhaul , Gearbox Overhaul ,Differential Overhaul , Overhaul

In the event of a traffic accident and a prolonged vehicle stay (more than a day) at the Dealer’s workshop, MID will reimburse the customer all expenses due to renting a vehicle from a licensed Car Rental Agency as indicated in the terms of the Membership.
